Medical Services

Vive Medical Spa provides aesthetic medical treatments and procedures. All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you are receiving medical services and agree to follow all pre and post-treatment instructions provided by our staff.

Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Failure to appear or late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone to reschedule or cancel.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and WhatsApp transfers. For certain treatments, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Results & Expectations

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for every patient, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual factors including skin type, age, health conditions, and lifestyle. Our medical team will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.

Liability

Vive Medical Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications that may arise from treatments when pre and post-care instructions have not been followed. Patients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history and current medications.
